In other words, vegans most probably don’t fall into the category of overweight people. Apart from the animal cruelty and the pollution that goes with it, vegans will easily be able to implement a self-sustaining lifestyle by simply using their gardens. Without the need for meat or dairy they can pretty much grow whatever they need or feel like. In conclusion a vegan diet is eco-friendly with low calories and fat, naturally slimming, self-sustaining, filled with antioxidants, nutrients and vitamins, and doesn’t require the death of an innocent animal. In fact, it’s much harder to come up with reasons why everybody shouldn’t become vegans.
When it comes down to it, people need to start looking at their environment. Even though a lot of attention has been focused towards steering the world onto a healthier path, very little of this focus has been placed on food. Yes, it’s important to look at the damage cars and oil tankers can cause, but what about the slaughterhouses?
